Theresa Andrea Mike:
The Theresa Andrea Mike Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in November 1997 by the Mike Family in honor of their daughter. Sunrise (Born) January 7, 1974 a member of the Twenty Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians.
Sunset (passed away) September 17, 1997, at the age of 23, leaving behind an infant daughter. This scholarship honors her presence among us as a young woman and new mother. It honors her commitment to developing a sense of cultural richness, history and future for the people of her Tribe.
